My Story

Hi, I'm Sara the proud owner and operator of Clutter Clearing Colonics. I'm grateful you’re here and hope you find value in my insights and interactions on all things colonic irrigation and lymphatic draining massage.

Through my own health challenges I was drawn to natural therapies, including colonic irrigation, to cleanse my body and support my journey back to better health. This was a gradual process, but over time, and with consistency, I began noticing positive shifts in my body.

This personal transformation led me down the path of holistic health where I studied and worked as a remedial massage therapy for 15 years. My interests then turned to learning colonic irrigation and aspirations of opening my own clinic. Ultimately, what began as a journey to heal myself evolved into a passion for supporting others on their own unique health journeys.

My appreciation of the healing powers of colonic irrigation started many years ago and continues to deepen as I witness its profound impact, not only on myself but also on my clients.

I believe real healing honours the body as a whole, supports its innate wisdom and creates space for sustainable wellbeing.
